My advice for new bloggers: Imitation is the sincerest form of flattery – in moderation. Don’t copy their text without credit, obvs, but if you like how someone’s layout looks, use it! In fact, look at a bunch of blogs to see what kind of style looks good to you, and copy it!
Another thing: don’t be afraid to fangirl/boy over a blog or post you like. When you like something someone did, give ’em props! There are some that I have been intimidated to speak to or about, kind of like that popular kid in high school. But when I started commenting on their blogs, I got some really sincere responses, and even some fun conversations and comments on my own stuff! It will only expand you as a blogger.
Give your newer sisters and brothers-in-WordPress one piece of advice based on your experiences blogging. If you’re a new blogger, what’s one question you’d like to ask other bloggers?

Good advice. I basically copied whoever I liked till I figured out my own style.
My advice: don’t be afraid to put yourself out there. Don’t think a post has to be perfect. It just needs to be from the heart. If it is, Go ahead and put it out into the universe.
Nice! I get hung up on the perfect thing.
