I Have Found The Fountain Of Youth!

You are young at any age if you are planning for tomorrow. – Anonymous

Write youthful characteristics everyone should preserve. What bring out your playful side?

Playing with Wee One every day has given me a lot of time and inspiration to think about a question like this. One characteristic that I think brings out youthfulness is curiosity – wanting to investigate it all. What happens when I poke this stick into mud? What happens when I break apart this big mushroom? Mistakes Can Make The Best Teachers

A person who never made a mistake never tried anything new. -Albert Einstein

Describe the best mistake you’ve made and all the things you’ve learned from that mistake.

Well, I think I’ve said before, I don’t necessarily believe in mistakes because everything that has happened in my life has culminated in me being here right now in this place, and its good.

Hello! Opportunity Is Here Knocking!

The sure way to miss success is to miss the opportunity. Victor Chasles

Write about the best opportunity you’ve been given and how you made the most of that opportunity.

At the time, though, I was so scared of being “damaged,” that I didn’t even want to acknowledge what was going on with me. I was fine. It was fine. I could handle it. Just let me get back to school and it’ll be fine. That was my mindset.

Acceptance was hard to come by.

Too Much Is Not Enough

I bought a “Be Inspired” journal from one of the end cap displays at Barnes and Noble yesterday. It is so hard for me to NOT buy everything in a bookstore, but I normally find those kinds of journals trite. However, this one seemed different: a quote and short writing prompt that is actually interesting! and a quick flip through showed they were interesting prompts. For today:

Too much of a good thing is wonderful. Armistead Maupin

Write about a “good thing” of which you can never have too much.
