Share your World #52

Our friends at Cee’s blog have invited us to share our world again, for the last time in 2016. Because 2017 might completely change my world. We don’t know. It might be like that Y2K thing, remember that? All the computers were going to reset and combust or something?

What’s your favorite ice-cream flavor?

I have to pick one? Because it really depends on my mood. Chocolate is usually good, or dark chocolate. Sometimes I want chocolate mint, or strawberry, and then there was this lavender gelato I had on Bainbridge Island that was Ah. Ma. Zing.

If you were to treat yourself to the “finer things” what would you treat yourself to? 

Ooh, a nice cigar. An art box. A bike on the beach.

Have you ever been drunk?

Fuck yeah! Do you know me? Although really really sloppy drunk, not that often.

Certain TV shows: When Calls The Heart, Dawson’s Creek, Reign, The Bachelor… I can admit I watch the Crown or Sherlock or Doctor Who and keep my head up, but if Cohiba comes in and sees me watching any of the the earlier mentioned shows… I have to start mocking him for watching the Just Play guys on youtube.

Optional Bonus question:  What are you grateful for from last week, and what are you looking forward to in the week coming up? 

I am grateful I was able to get my daughter into a doctor! You guys, none of the pediatricians I called would even talk to me about making an appointment until they had her medical records! I had never heard of that before! I mean, I know they want records, but they usually get it after we meet for the first time. And for fuck’s sake: she’s a year and a half old! She’s lived in two states! This is not something that’s going to be quick! Well, I called her old doctor’s office and explained what was up, and they office manager said, I can try to send this bit and see if it will work. It did, and Wee One got a flu shot today.

Looking forward to the Ohio game tomorrow night and then smoking cigars with Cohiba and some of our friends.
