Inspired by an old friend I’m connected with on Facebook, I’m going to so this “30 Day Music Challenge.” But instead of 30 direct days, they will just be Monday’s. Music Mondays! (Like music is only good for one day – psh.)
So, the challenge for day 1 is to name “A Song You Like With A Color In The Title.” As I sit here and think about it, there is a veritable rainbow represented among popular song titles, and many of them I like. How do I pick my favorite? The one I danced to live? The one that reminds me of junior high summers? The one that soundtracked my freshman year of undergrad? The one I sing to Wee One? Nay. I chose the one that makes me feel good.

I always liked 311, though I wouldn’t go out of my way to find their music. But this one I would go out of my way to hear: it’s positive, you can veg out to it, you can dance to it, and it’s a good song to start this challenge with.
