As I was writing my post for yesterday, I thought back on the 1/4 novel I wrote for NaNo a few years ago. I have thought about it over the years and revisited it a few times, done some light research for the time period, but not a lot else.
I’m holding off because I like having it there. I like having something promising and potential.

And while I used to hate this month, it has become more fun over the past few years as I discovered NaNoWriMo – National Novel Writing Month and its jumpier cousin, NaBloPoMo – National Blog Post Month. For the month of November, people around the world will be scribbling furiously on their note pads and laptops, finally given the push they need to write their novel or incentive to get more active in the blogosphere.
As I reflect upon it, it’s interesting to think about how my morality has evolved over time. When I was younger, a lot the whole of my morality was based around people who have hurt me. I did not want to be like the bullies at school, or like my father. So I was going to be fair and have integrity.
It is time again for another Share Your World! This time both existential and silly. How would you answer?

How do you like to spend a rainy day?
Since I have the Wee One, I try to plan things for rainy days. Otherwise, she’s climbing up the walls-literally. She was on my FIL’s head yesterday.
After last year’s NaBloPoMO, I had so much fun hopping other blogs and talking to other writers that I set a goal for myself to do at least two more months of posting-a-day. I just did April and will do at least one more, so to help with this, I’m doing a round up of interesting blog prompts.
I am in tears, today.
I sat down and counted and realized that Wee One only has about 25 words that she says consistently and solidly knowing what they mean. She has a bunch more words she’s used once or twice, but I’m not sure she has those down so I’m not counting them right now.

Somewhere along this month, I messed up the days, so I’m pushing out two at once today, the last two, and this time, reflecting on zoos I’ve visited.

A crap-ton! And those are just the ones I remember! I don’t know how many I had while I was in the coma, but it’s safe to assume it was quite a few – most of my ribs were broken in the accident, both my hips, my femur had gone through my pelvis, my shoulder…
